Our last London wedding photography commission before Christmas was Yulin and Ben’s winter wedding on the London Eye. Licensed for civil weddings, the Eye must be the best London wedding venue for spectacular views across the skyline. And after dusk the combination of the capsule and background city lights really do offer an intimate, almost magical, atmosphere for a wedding. (The Eye’s first rotation is taken up for the official ceremony; and the wedding party enjoy a further rotation for the drinks reception).
Yulin and Ben are now based in Manchester, but originally met whilst studying in Beijing. They were joined by a few close family members but plan to hold a much bigger affair in Thailand on 2013. Before the ceremony, the couple also enjoyed some photos at Hyde Park and St Paul’s Cathedral. Afterwards we extended the wedding photography to Albert Embankment and Tower Bride.
